2学情分析
The students that I taught are about 13 or 14 years old. They have just graduated from primary school. They are very interested in spoken English, especially taking part in some interesting activities. They like to express their ideas. But they don’t like to write and their listening is a little poor , so all the activities are designed to improve the students’ interest. I’m sure they have abilities to finish their tasks.
我任课所在单位为林区的偏远学校，存在五多情况，即单亲的多、父母离异的多、留守学生多、父母无固定收入的多、为维持生计不关注孩子成长的多。面对内心需要关注的孩子，我坚持课堂教学生活化，灵活整合教材，适时拓展延伸。通过本节课的学习，帮助学生学会换位思考、理解父母，引导学生学会感恩，真正体现学生的情感价值观，如本节课的学习内容贴近学生的生活，谈论的话题是生日，通过同学之间相互询问生日的日期，增进同学之间的相互了解，加深了同学之间的友情，引导学生在英语交流中注意他人的情感，学会感恩。
本节课通过归纳、演绎法完成本节课的语法教学。在语境中理解、体验、操练语言的基础上，教师帮助并引导学生归纳出语法规则，再通过组织不同梯度的交际性活动，促进学生使用语言形式完成生活中的任务，培养学生用语言做事的能力，使语言的综合能力和语法紧密联系起来，以完成本节课的语言目标。

Give the students three minutes to discuss how to turn cardinal numbers into ordinal numbers.

基数词记忆口诀
基数词，表数量，一至十二记心上; 十三，十四至十九，用-teen结尾记心上
二十，三十至九十，-ty结尾整数词; 百位，十位加and, 一切都按单数看。
基变序记忆口诀
序数词，很容易，前面用the表顺序; 基变序，有规律，词尾加上-th。
