Step1 Greeting and warming up? ?

Greet and review the three prepositions “on, in, under” by listening to a song named ON, IN, UNDER.

2、I ask students to guess where the bag is.

Step2 Presentation ?

1. Present the new words.

T: I have some things in my bag. And you can guess what I have in my bag?

What’s this?

Ss: It’s a clock.

T: Yes, it’s a clock. Read after me. C-L-O-C-K, clock.

Ss: C-L-O-C-K, clock.

(Then hold up hat, radio, tape, tape player, model plane, teach them in the same way.)

2. Ss read the words aloud. Then try to remember the new words.

3. Ask students to do 1a in Section B then check the answers with them.

Step 3 Challenge your speed (1b)

Look at the picture in 1a, some things in the room will come out one by one. If the student knows the name of the thing, stand up quickly to speak out the name. Let’s see who is faster and better.

Step 4 Listening ?

1、Do 1c. Tom wants his mother to bring some things to school for him. Listen and circle the things Tom wants from his room. Then check the answers.

2、Do 1d. Listen twice. Where are Tom's things? (In this part,I tell the students to write down the things first.

Then add “are/ is” after the things.At last,they need to write down the places )

Ss: The English books are under the radio.
