学情分析：
According to Senior one students’ learning level, some students are very poor in English, fortunately, most of them are very interested in learning English,. they are very active. They are willing to express their different ideas freely, They are happy to follow me . Therefore, I’d like to guide them to learn English well.
教学重难点：
Encourage students to discuss their favourite teachers and develop students’ listening , speaking , reading ,and writing skills.
Help students to take an active part in teaching activities.
教学过程：
活动1.导入（Ｌead- in ）
Let students look at some adjectives , ask them to use these words to describe their classmates and their favourite teachers .
活动2.讲授（reading）
Fast reading: let students read the whole passage quickly, and my questions:
which teachers do students like a lot?
Who is very good teacher but serious and strict ?
What subjects does each teacher teacher?
What is the main idea of the passage?
Careful reading : Let students read the passage carefully again. And answer my questions:
1.who is the most popular teacher?
2. Who is the kindest teacher?
3.Which teachers are students most afraid of ?
4. Which teachers explain things clearly?
True or False : let students decide which sentences are true or false according to the passage , which is a detailed exercise.
Complete the sentences with the words in the box.
Last , fill in the blank using the words or phrases in the text. Paragraph 1. 2. 3. And then emphasize some important phrases.and use these useful phrases to complete the sentences.
