学生情况分析:高三学生学习热情高涨,经过两年多的英语学习,已经熟悉基础词汇语法,现在是将平时积累的知识如何有效应用的问题。
3.教学目标分析
本节课的总体目标是从语境中寻求语法填空解题技巧,同时培养学生的阅读理解和综合语言运用能力。本节课的三维目标如下:
知识与能力目标:
⑴Knowledge goals 知识目标
Students will be able to learn some useful words and expressions about astronauts..
⑵Ability goals 能力目标
① Students will improve their reading skills such as skimming to understand the passage and intensive reading to find the logic relationship between sentences.
② Students can draw conclusions and give presentations based on the texts.
③ Students can design their own tests with the guide of the teacher.
过程与方法目标:
⑴ ⑴Group work or individual work to encourage the students to participate in class activities. ⑵Explanation to acquaint the students with the tactics of solving problems. ⑶课堂激励策略:兴趣是最好的老师,在课堂上尽量多提供展现自我的机会,让学生通过头脑风暴、竞答、讨论,展示等启发英语思维。
情感态度与价值观目标:Emotional and Attitude goals
⑴Inspire the students’ interest in learning English by reading, presentation and designing tests.
⑵Inspire teamwork spirits and patriotism and pride in our national heroes
教学过程设计
Step 1:Greetings & Lead-in (5分钟)
⑴Teacher introduces some pictures of astronauts lives to lead to the topic.
⑵Introduce the background information of the first exercise: the Legend of Wan Hu.
【设计意图】通过宇航员生活介绍,引起学生民族自豪感和对于本课三篇练习的兴趣。
Step 2:Drills with topic passages (20分钟)⑴ First drill : the Legend of Wan Hu (10分钟) Learn how to solve problems through clues and context. Check the answers of drills. Focus on verbs and non-predicate verbs.
【设计意图】通过万户飞天的语法填空文章,使学生掌握通过线索和语境解题方法,并介绍本课语法重点:动词的考察形式。
⑵ Second drill: Astronaut training (5分钟)
Practice how to solve problems through clues and context. Check the answers of the drill.
【设计意图】 通过介绍宇航员训练的篇章,层层递进,训练第一篇中介绍的解题方法和语法重点。
