According to the new curriculum requirements, from "knowledge and skill", "process and method", "emotion attitude and values of the three dimensions of the design of teaching aim, according to this standard, students from the actual and the characteristics of this course, the teaching goal is formulated as follows:
Knowledge and skills:
1, To improve students' ability to express, master health related words and phrases,
2, To help the students describe one of their experiences ,using some nouns used as verbs.
3,To help the students' improve the reading skills of scanning and skimming.
Process and method:
1, to guide students to actively participate ,the use of multimedia presentations,
2, To explore and solve the problem of understanding, and to combine the practice and training of the students' autonomous learning and cooperative learning
Emotional attitude and values:
1, Learn about a healthy lifestyle and improve the awareness of a healthy lifestyle

Students learn to read and use vocabulary, phrases, and sentences about Body Healthy Habits and by reading
