鉴于以上情况，我在平时备课环节首先要求自己一定要从学生实际出发，一定要符合学生认知规律。其次要注意学生双基的培养。然后在课堂上通过不断地变换形式和组织丰富多彩的课堂活动调动学生学习英语的兴趣。四、教学策略选择与设计本节课的设计依据新课程基本理念，从学生认知规律出发设计了一系列适合学生自主、合作、探究的课堂活动。教学策略上，本节课采用任务型教学法。在核心任务“如何描述一个城市”的引领下，我设计了一系列小任务。学生通过自主合作完成一个个任务的同时，又培养了他们分析问题和解决问题的能力。五、教学重点及难点1．教学重点：培养学生的读、写能力。

2．教学难点：学会用英语介绍自己的家乡。六、教学过程Step I :Greetings

T: Good morning students.

S: Good morning teacher.

T: A cold day, isn’t it?

S: Yes ,so cold.

T：Please take care of yourselves in case of catching a cold.

Step II ：Check homework

T: Have you finished your task in your learning paper?

S: Yes.

T: If so, I will ask one student from each group to write his or her answer on the blackboard.

The others are supposed to check your answer with your group members and read it out. Are you clear?

S: Yes.

( Before starting the lesson, the teacher will check their homework in the learning paper. Some students are asked to write their answers on the blackboard and the others are asked to read by themselves 。)

Step III: Listening to the tape

T: I know all of you have read the text before this class. First, Let’s listen to the tape. After that, please finish the exercise 4 on page 3 by yourself.

T: Let’s check your answer. Here I will ask one student from each group to give us their answer from one to eight.

S7:The first one is true.

S8: The second one is true.

S9: The third one is false.

T: Can you correct the sentence?

S9: Madrid is the capital of Spain. Barcelona is the second largest city of Spain.

T: Ok, very good. Sit down please. Go on.

S10: This one is false.

T；Please correct it.
