Teaching Procedures:
Step1: Lead-in
The teacher shows three questions and asks them to discuss and share opinions.
Free –talk
1. When it comes to global warming, what comes into your mind first?
2. Does global warming matter to you? Is it important ? Tell me your reasons.
3. How does global warming come about? What are the causes?
Step 2: Word Study
In order to listen effectively, the teacher designs a word study task.
Match the words with their definitions.
