2.It’s likely that they don’t know how to use the past perfect passive in English.
3.It’s likely that they won’t put what they have learned into their writing.
Instructional objectives:
According to the teaching material and the new curriculum of English, I designed the following objectives. They are: knowledge objectives; ability objectives; emotional objectives.
1.Knowledge objectives:
To have a general idea about the past perfect passive (form, meaning, usage);
2.Ability objectives:
To learn to use the past perfect passive to translate some sentences.
To try to use the past perfect passive in their compositions.
3.Emotional objectives:
To let Ss remember the disaster of Wenchuan earthquake.
To let Ss value what they have today.
To let Ss help those in need.
Learning activities
1.Show Ss some sentences to let them make a conclusion about the past perfect passive (form, meaning, usage)
