Step 1. Lead-in.
Review some hot topic about environment. They will pay attention to haze. Ask students to tell some harm that the haze takes to us.
According to the haze, there is another nature that is similar to haze---sandstorm. Showing a picture about sandstorm.
Deal with new words by using words cards. At the same time, divide the whole class into five groups to increase their interest of English and write them on the blackboard. Anyone in group just stands up and tells the answer and if the answer is right, a yellow square will be attached to their group on the blackboard. The group will last till the end of this class and the winner group will get a present in reward.
Step 2. Fast-reading
Match the main idea with each paragraph.
