About the design of this period(教学设计分析):
In my teaching design before class and teaching activities in class I will focus on the following three key points: Firstly, I intend to improve students’ writing skills by explaining the way to develop a passage in class. Secondly, I try to use some new ideas about English teaching in new curriculum reform, such as critical thinking, to lead the students to establish a new thinking model in order to meet new Gaokao in the coming years. Thirdly, I also take advantage of the teaching material to attach importance to the effective moral education in my English class, leading the S’s to develop a sense of protecting the environment.
Teaching aims(教学目标):
1. Develop Ss’ ability of developing a passage.
2. Enable Ss to develop a sense of protecting the environment.
Important & difficult Learning points(教学重难点):
learn how to describe an environmental problem.
Learn to give some suggestions about how to deal with the environmental problems above.
Learn how to write good passages with high marks.
Learning procedure:
Activity1. Lead-in: 1)Use brainstorm to get natural disasters that you have learned.
