2018年9月，通过优诊学平台高一初评，班级五项阅读微技能（理解主旨大意，理解主要观点，确定句间逻辑，推测生词含义，找出细节信息）的得分分别为21，16，23，16，19。2019年3月高一中评，得分分别为20，21，19，19，19。入学初较为薄弱的“理解主要观点”和“推测生词含义”通过反馈教学获得了较为明显的提高，但在“确定句间逻辑”方面出现了下滑，尤其是对篇章结构的整体把握，对逻辑连接词之外的隐藏在段落之间、句子之间的内在衔接和逻辑关系把控不到位，致使对文本理解不够深刻，或出现理解偏差。

孔子、孟子、墨子是家喻户晓的三位古代思想家，学生并不陌生，但对他们的生平事迹和思想内核，三者的联系与区别，以及如何用英语表述以上内容，学生可能并不熟悉或了解不全面。
