Step 1 Lead-in
All the students are divided into four groups to compete with each other.
Teacher mentions the college entrance examination to arouse the interest of the topic. Then, ask students about their plan for the longest summer vacation.
Step 2
Teacher analyze the basic information of continuation writing to the students and then help students find out the most important genre of continuation writing.
Show students basic ways to analyze a story from different aspects.
Step 3
In the part of preparation for writing, teachers help students find out the line of the story, as well as the theme of it. With reasonable imagination and proper logic, students will be able to finish writing the whole story on their own. What’s more the language of story writing is also emphasized.
Step4
Students are given time to write the ending of the story and evaluate their works.
