Step 1: Lead-in ( 5 min.)
Teacher shows the following question on the screen: How do you get to school every morning? And asks students to answer. Then introduce today’s topic by saying “ Let’s see how people travel in Beijing.”
Step 2 Word Study ( 8 min.)
Ask students to finish the following exercise and divide students into two groups and let students themselves pick in the other group who to read the statements and give the answers to make the two groups compete with each other.
