我的授课对象是高一理科学生,他们在经过了半年多的高中生活后基本适应了高中的英语教学模式。另外,大家对于学校周边的交通堵塞问题都很了解,也有话可说,能够进行口语和写作方面的输出,完成书面习作。但不可否认的是,写作和口语仍是学生们的弱项,因此在课上应该加强相关知识的铺垫和适当的引导。
教学目标
Knowledge: Students will be able to
master some basic words and expressions about the causes of traffic jams;
improve their listening abilities of finding key information by paying attention to verbs;
give advice by using certain structures like: Why not…? It’s a good idea to do… It’s necessary for people to…
Ability: Students will be able to
express personal opinions about how to solve traffic jams;
pay attention to traffic problems around them and try to analyze the causes;
write a report with the learnt expressions and structures.
Emotional attitude and value : Students will be able to
have a basic knowledge of the causes and solutions to traffic problems;
increase their senses of social responsibility and try their best to do something to make the situation better.
