To enable students to know how to use passive voice.
How to lead them to raise the awareness of inquiring learning.
Ⅲ.Teaching Procedures:
Step 1 Leading-in
Purpose: To arouse Ss’ interest in learning about passive voice.
Ask students to observe a short video and answer a question:” What did Lary do?”, finally conclude the category and definition of passive voice.
Step 2 Self-exploration
Ask the students to observe two sentences and conclude the basic structure of passive voice.
Lary threw the litter .
The litter was thrown by Lary.
Step 3 Cooperative-exploration
Based on some sentences, students will find the rules where there are different structures of passive voice in different tenses.
Situation 1
The Guangwu Mountain is known by most people.
The maples(枫叶) are appreciated by a great many tourists every year.
Last year when I went there, my wallet was stolen.
Luckily, the thieves were caught finally.
Conclusion:
