Teaching procedures:

Step 1: Warm-up let’s talk.

What did Jack do? Look at the pictures and phrases ,use these clues to answer the question “what did Jack do?”

eg. He had a birthday party on Saturday night.

Step 2: Present the new words and new structures.

Ask the student on duty to teach the new words and structures.

Step 3: Watch an English video about a converstion:“What did you do last weekend?”

Step 4: 2d.

Read the converstions and answer the four questions:

How was Lisa’s weekend? Where did Lisa work as a guide? What did she do there? Why is Paul tired now?

Present some phares and the past tense.
