给出例句总结结构

注意的问题：
1）It is/ was + 被强调部分（通常是主语，_______和_______）但不可以是_________.
被强调成分是主语，who/ that之后的谓语动词应该在人称和数上与被强调的主语保持一致。例如：It is I who am a teacher.
