The Analysis of the Teaching/Reading Material
The reading material is from Module 3---Literature. It is a general description of Charles Dickens’s representative work, Great Expectations. The story is about a young man who helps a starving convict. Because of his kindness, he is repaid and has a chance to change his destiny. And in the end, he also marries the girl he loves deeply for many years. In a word, the story is inspiring and can help the students to gain some insights in their own life.
