= 1 ﹨ ROMAN I Analysis of the teaching material
The teaching material of this lesson is from New Standard English by Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press, Book 8 Module 1 speaking and writing. I reorganize the texts (1). (2). (3) (p2--p11), combining them together to form a revision material with the help of some pictures and videos. After the revision, a role play is showed to lead a debate. With the factors Ss say, form an each paragraph in writing article, according to writing rules and steps.
= 2 ﹨ ROMAN II Analysis of the students
My students are in grade two. They have a certain ability to speak out and write down what they think, but are lacking in practice and confidence. They have a range of vocabulary but still have difficulty in using them correctly. They are interested in activities in class. So teacher should help them grasp useful information, put it into practice and give them guidance of how to form an article.
= 3 ﹨ ROMAN III Teaching aims
Knowledge aims：
1. Reorganizing Reading and vocabulary(1).(2).and Reading practice.(page2-page11)to review some useful information, key words, phrases and sentence patterns.
2. To put what Ss. have grasped into practice in a debate and speak out their opinions.
3. To sum up with transitional words and form an article according to the writing rules and steps.
Ability aims：
1. To develop Ss’ listening, speaking, writing abilities.
2. To cultivate the students’ autonomous learning ability, cooperative learning ability and communicating ability.
Emotional aims
1. To encourage the students to be brave enough to take part in the class activities and cultivate their teamwork spirit to help each other.
