Step 1. Lead-in
Instruction: I’ll Present the standard for evaluation of the College
Entrance Examination and make students conclude the
highlights in writing.
Purpose: to make the students know about the aspects they can
improve in writing clearly.
Step 2. Present the skills in writing to the class.
Instruction: Present the three highlights in writing and do some
exercises.
The senior vocabulary
Instruction: Come up with a question: do you know what’s the senior vocabulary? And give examples to present the two skills of using the senior vocabulary. Then show some senior vocabulary on the screen, and make students know the importance of accumulating words.
Purpose: to make students know what’s the senior vocabulary, and
lay stress on accumulating words in usual.

Instruction: Present the highlights in grammar. Then analyze the skills of each grammar.
