Step 1 Warming-up:
T指着图片,问:What are they? Ss回答, They are flowers.
T: Yes, they are flowers, they are beautiful flowers. How beautiful they are!
T: Yesterday was Mothers’Day. Did you send flowers to your mother? What did you do for your mother?
S1: I….
S2: I….
T: Well done! On Mothers’Day, please remember to do something for your mother and show your love to your mother, she will be very happy.
Step 2 Leading-in:
T:Yesterday was Mothers’Day. It was Sunday, May 14, 2017.
T: What’s today?
Ss: It is Monday, May 15, 2017.
T: How’s the weather today?
Ss: It is cloudy.

Step 3 Presentation:
写英语日记应注意的要求
1、格式:注意日期、星期和天气的书写位置。
2、日记的内容多是亲身经历、耳闻目睹的事情,所以要用第一人称来写;
3、日记多是记述当天发生过的事情,因此常使用过去时态;
4、日记应以时间发生的先后顺序来展开,并且要简明扼要,条理清楚,写出真实感。

2、让学生看图连词成句、连句成篇。
