认知结构分析：通过《牛津高中英语》模块1-模块8的学习，学生已具备了一定的词汇并具有一定对英语数字的听力能力和运用能力。
学习态度分析：学生们对英语听力有一定的恐惧感，且听力是每次听力测试的第一道题，听力不好，让学生对英语的测试的根本就没有信心。本节课就是为了解决这些问题，通过对英语听力中数字听力的透彻分析，让学生爱上听力，爱上英语。因此，学生对本节课应该会有所期待。
