Q: Why do we put that and if/ whether in a group? Bear this in mind (记住) and let’s find it out together.
that
A. 1) That we couldn’t find our way out was really bad news. （________ 从句）
2) She wished (that) someone would come along to help her. （________ 从句）
3) They were all worried about the fact that you were sick. （________ 从句）
4) The fact was that he was misunderstood. （________ 从句）
Q: 阅读以上的句子，观察体会“that ”可以引导哪些名词性从句？它在从句中充当成分吗？
B. 1) She said (that) this place was excellent and that she wanted to visit it once more.
2) I don’t think it necessary that you should shout aloud.
