Teaching content: Advance with English,M3Unit 3 Back to the past Word power. Word power is a kind of vocabulary study related to the content of this unit. In this lesson, there are two parts to study: one is about UNESCO and World Heritage Sites, the other is about Archaeology. The aim is to enlarge students` vocabulary , improve students' reading comprehension and expression ability and arouse the students' love for their hometown and motherland. Make them know it's time for us to cherish and protect cultural heritage.

Step 1 Lead in

Enjoy some pictures about the scenery of Zhangjiajie.

Remember the scenic sports mentioned in the pictures while you enjoy the landscape.
