3. Show them the pictures of Jules Verne and tell them about hbriefly.
Step 2 Reading
Journey to the Centre of the Earth
Read the first story written by Jules Verne. Then answer the following questions.
1. Where do the German professor and his nephew travel to?
2. How do they come back to the world above?
3. What do they see during their journey?
Read the text carefully and fill in the chart with the information in the text to check their understanding.
