Students try to control and condition their negative emotions and lead a positive life.
Teaching procedures:
Step 1. Lead in
Step 2. Words related to emotions.
Shout out the words (adjectives) related to emotions according to the pictures.
Work in groups and consult a dictionary to find the noun forms of the adjectives on the blackboard.
Memorize all the words in 2 minutes.
Take challenges as consolidation practice.
Step 3. Let’s play a game!
Rules: 1. One student act out a situation using English or body language.
2. The others use emotion words to make 1-3 sentences based on his or her acting.（within 1 min）
3. Announce your sentences loudly.（5’for each sentence）
Step 4. Make up a short story with one pack of words below.

Requirements
1. write no more than 100 words
2. Comment on the story from 3 aspects: speech, handwriting and content.(5’ for each section)
