本节课是以讲、练为主的语法复习课。利用谈论未来的Duty report和包含有虚拟语气的诗歌导入，让学生有充足的机会对虚拟语气的理解，激发他们对本课主题的兴趣，从而为复习做好准备。在导入的过程中，精心创设层层递进的问题，激励学生参与课堂。通过翻译竞赛以及讨论的一系列活动来提升他们对虚拟语气的理解。同时通过学生分别扮演记者和校长进行对话，教授“如何更好地运用虚拟语气”这一语法复习策略。通过分组活动让学生互帮互助、整体提高，最后以学生对本节课所学内容的归纳来结束本堂课，让学生树立正确的人生观，从而达到德育渗透的目的。
