Just now we have talked about moving lines of some films. They have something in common, that is the grammar: Unreal conditionals.

Today we are going to learn this grammar.

Ⅱ.Introduction of unreal conditionals(PPT展示)

An unreal conditional is a statement about unreal or imaginary condition or situation. We use unreal conditionals to refer to an imaginary present condition, an imaginary past action or an imaginary future situation.

Ⅲ. New learning

Part One: an imaginary present condition

Look at the pictures on the screen, what are the students doing in class? (PPT展示)

Think: if you were one of them now, would/should/could/might you do the same thing?

Practice1: If I were one of them, I would not sleep in English class. (PPT展示)
