Today we are going to learn how to write a report on a historic religious site. Let’s first read a report on a famous religious site ---- The White Horse Temple, the oldest Buddhist temple in China, and find out how this report is written.
First please think about what kind of things you need to write about if you want to tell other people about a historic religious site?
(where is the site located? When and why was it set up ? who set it up ? What’s the importance in history? )
Step 2 Listening for information

Listen to the recording of the passage and find out the information above.
Step 3 Structure of the report
