学情分析
笔者教学的对象是高一普通班的学生，他们的整体英语基础较弱，学习积极性不高，不善于口语表达。因此，笔者在教学中，尽可能做到情景化、语境化，设置各种活动和游戏竞赛，让学生积极参与。通过参与竞赛活动，激发学生的口语表达欲望，提高他们综合运用语言的能力。
Teaching aims:
Knowledge and skills: at the end of the class, the students will be able to master some words and expressions related to different types of jobs as well as different qualities of jobs and use them in different situations properly and accurately.
Process and methods: revision method to consolidate the words learned in the past; practice to make the students master the new words correctly; individual, pair or group work to make every student involved in the class.
Affection and attitude: to develop a sense of cooperation and some common qualities for different types of jobs.
Teaching important points:
1. Help the students master the words and expressions related to different types of jobs and different qualities of jobs.
2. Help the students finish each exercise correctly.
