textbook 本次授课内容为鲁教版第十单元 Is there a post office near here? B (1a—1d)部分。本部分在Section A的基础上进一步拓展话题，是一节听说课。围绕问路，指路展开话题，贴近生活，能够引起学生兴趣。通过本课时的学习，在听力技能上，学生能通过听力训练能够比较准确的获取听力材料的关键信息。例如：学生能听懂并能抓住对话中描述的两个地点的名词和对话中表示方位和方向的词汇及表达。在语言技能上，学生能根据话题内容进行分角色在情景中表演对话或改编对话参与简单的角色表演。在情感态度上，学生能认识到学习英语的目的在于交流和能在英语交流中注意并理解他人的情感。Analysis of the students学生在已经学过 Where is …? It’s in/on/under/ … 及祈使句等等，具有了学习本课知识的认知前提。指路问路对地点特征描述都可以用到上述的词汇和句型。经过一学期的学习,学生已经积 累了一定的词汇，掌握了一定的目标语言，已经具备了一定的听说读写能力。Teaching ProceduresStep 1 Greeting and Leading in. （2mins）

Step 2 Presentation. （8mins）

1.Show some pictures of traffic signs on the screen and teach the new words and expressions and show the students how to guide others like this: Go along .... Street, turn right at the first crossing… After that , practice the sentences.

（出示一些常见的交通标志图片，引导学生说出这些标志的含义，同时呈现相关的单词或短语along，go along，turn right/left, crossing。通过交通图片的展示和模拟活动，学生亲身感知、领悟相关短语的功能。）

2. Ask students to direct the way using the phrases we learned.

巩固所学内容，激发学生的表现欲。

Step 3 Listening 1b&1c.（10 mins）

1. Lead the students to have a quick look at the picture in 1b,and read the conversation in 1c by themselves.

2. Play the tape for the first time and guide the students to finish 1b. and then check the answers.

3. Listen again and Finish 1c, then check the answers.

4. Ask the students to read the conversation in 1c together.

5.Pairwork. According to the picture, role-play the conversation.

（听前读图，听中记关键词，听后看图复述课文以核对答案。引导学生用英语交流，词不离句，句不离境，培养学生良好的用英语交流的习惯。）

Step 4 Game time.（10mins）

Play a game Where is Ms Yue? to check if the students could give and follow the directions. Ask several students to walk on the map according to my directions .

（做游戏，让学生找到老师在哪。通过互动交流的方式巩固所学目标语言，提高了综合运用英语的能力，达到学以致用。培养学生合作精神和助人为乐的良好品质.）

Step 5 Drawing and writing.（8mins）

Ask the Ss to draw the home map , write down the way they get from home to school and report it in the next class.

（语言输出，先请他们画出简易地图，再告诉同伴从学校到家的路线。创设情景，综合应用所学写作,同时也为下节课的学习做下铺垫。）
