学情分析
笔者教学的对象是高一实验班的学生，他们的整体英语基础不错，但学习积极性不高，不太善于口语表达。因此，笔者在教学中，尽可能做到情景化、语境化，设置各种活动和游戏竞赛，让学生积极参与。通过参与竞赛活动，激发学生的口语表达欲望，提高他们综合运用语言的能力。
Teaching aims:
Knowledge and skills: at the end of the class, the students will be able to master the words related to qualities for success and use them in different situations properly and accurately.
Process and methods: revision method to consolidate the words learned in the last two periods; practice to make the students master the words correctly; individual, pair or group work to make every student work in class.
Affection and attitude: to develop a sense of cooperation and some common qualities for success.
Teaching important points:

2. Help the students finish each exercise correctly.
