Teaching procedures:
Step One Pre- listening
Lead in the topic with these questions to arouse students’ awareness and interest of the topic.
1. What do you think of your school life?
2. What is stress?
3. What kind of problems usually make people stressed?
4. What are the signs of stress?
Step Two Listening
The first time listening
Ask students to predict the answers in pairs before listening and then give the reasons. Then listen to look for useful information to check the predictions.
The second time listening
Task One
Look for detailed information and answer the following questions.
