课堂组织形式：
课堂采取小组合作group-learning和大组竞争group-competition的形式组织。
全体学生分为两大组Group A和Group B，在完成课堂的任务过程中，两大组所有成员用抢答的方式互相竞争，按照累分制，每个成员抢答机会不超过2次，目的是让多数成员都能参与。
大组中分为四到五人一小组，在小组中，各个成员互相合作，彼此学习，共同完成学习任务。在此过程中，有意识培养学生的合作互助意识。并且，大组中的每个小组也是交流互动的载体。
