Teaching procedures:
Step 1 Lead in
Play the song if I were the only boy in the world.Lead in the grammar ----- second conditional.
Step 2: Reading
Students read the book, find similar sentences in the textbook which also talk about something impossible at present.
Step 3: Find the structure
Students read these sentences, let them pay attention to the words in red. Let students have a try to write down the structure of the second conditional.
One student writes the structure on the blackboard. If any mistakes, the teacher and students together correct it.

Step 4: Group activity
Do exercise to strengthen the memory of the structure.
