IV. Teaching procedures:
Step 1 Lead-in:
1) Show some pictures about the resigned application---“the world is so big that I want to have a travel without hesitation(世界这么大,我想去看看).” Use the comments of e-pals to make Ss know that it is virtual tourism that can let people like us have a travel without hesitation.
Step 2 Warm-up
1) Introduce today’s topic: “virtual Tourism”;
2) Give students general introduction of Auckland ,New Zealand.
Step 3 Reading
1 Fast reading
1) Get students to read the text quickly and then match the topics with the paragraphs. (Introducing the reading strategies here )
