Learn and the new words and phrases: combine, treasure, mask, acrobatics, costume, male, female, symbol, represent, dates back to, play an important role, with a flag on each side, in other words.
2) Ability goals
Listening: using prediction, grasping main idea , practicing taking notes
Speaking: talk about Beijing Opera,(the history, the roles and the skills needed, the singing styles, the costumes, etc.)
Writing: write an English introduction to Beijing Opera.
3)Emotional goals
Through the teaching of Beijing Opera, get students to understand and love Chinese cultural treasures; get students to learn to cooperate and help each other.

1) Teaching important points
