设置音乐主题学习情境。Structure-analyses10 minDivide the first sentence into two parts. Guide students to analyze the relation of two parts and the function of “because”.
Give students three more adverbial clauses of cause and ask them to find more linking words for cause.
Divide the second sentence into two parts. Guide students to analyze the relation of two parts and the function of “so…that”.
Transform the sentence into “You are such a cute student in my eyes that your errors can be forgotten.” and help students get to know the use of “such…that”.
Give students three more sentences and ask them to find which is not adverbial clause and ask them to share the reason.
Divide the third sentence into two parts. Guide students to analyze the relation of two parts and the function of “so that”.
Ask students to link the words into complete sentences. Remind them to pay attention to the logical relation.
Guide students to draw the conclusion and write it on the blackboard : “cause, result and purpose.”Read the two parts of the sentence and try to find their relation.
Find more linking words in given sentences.
Observe the transformed sentence of “such that” and find the difference of two linking words.
Find out the different sentence in exercise 2.
Link the words into complete sentences. And pay attention to the logical relation.
