Activity one: Check homework
T: Good morning /Afternoon, at the beginning of the class I will check your homework exercise 1-3 on page 80. As you know, once language is used in daily life, it comes alive.
The students present their works.
T: As for Exercise 1, you’d better remember how to use the key structure, such as “Could you help us, please.” “Would you mind getting up?” “I’d like…”. Exercise 2 is to check how well you grasp these words and expressions. Exercise 3 focuses on the meaning of verb pull and its phrase, like pull up, pull out, etc.
