Process and methods

1. Talking about the kinds of cars is a kind of warm-up activity for the lesson.

2. To compare ordinary car with solar car to lead in the lesson in pairs.

3. In While-reading, filling the blanks after reading is designed as well as the true-false exercise.

4. For Post-reading, students are required to make a dialogue about their dream solar car.

Emotion, attitude and value

To develop students’ competence of imagination and creativity and encourage them to be brave to invent something their own in the future.

To help students hold the right attitudes towards protecting environment.
