Process and Method :
Before reading, students are able to predict the passage through titles.
While reading, they can complete some notes by following three steps of reading strategies.
After reading, they can check the prediction and discuss what we can do as students.
Emotion, Attitude and Value:
Students are able to get the destruction of too many cars on the road and get a great sense of duty to offer some help to prevent destruction.
Students can read independently and work with their classmates.

Students are able to complete the notes as they read the text.
