四.教学重点:

1. 掌握句型:What did you do last weekend? 重点词汇和短语:badminton, camp, lake, beach, natural, visitor,stay up late;

2.让学生在课堂上充分地练习听,说,读,写英语的能力。

五.教学难点:

让学生熟练掌握一般过去式的特殊疑问句,注意动词的过去式和人称的变化。

六.教学辅助手段: 多媒体,录音机

七.教学过程:

Step I. Leading-in.

Show a video of EXO that the teenagers like very much.

(教学设计说明:在讲课前,选择当下流行歌坛中,学生喜欢的一个组合的视频,为了拉近与学生之间的关系,让他们有了听课的兴奋度。)

Step II. Describing the pictures of 1a.

Show six pictures and ask Ss to describe them with the sentence “What did you do last weekend ? ”. Summarize the phrases : did homework, played badminton, went boating, went to the beach, went to the cinema, camped by the lake.

(教学设计说明:在PPT上逐个给学生展示图片,让学生利用“What did you do last weekend ?”句型进行一般过去式的练习;并且在描述图片过程中,让学生掌握短语,为下面的对话练习进行铺垫。)

Step III. Listening and filling the blanks

Before listening, tell Ss the listening skills . The first step: preview the listening material before listening; the second step: write some key word down during listening; the third step: check the answers after listening.

Design the listening questions: listen to the passage and fill the blanks. After listening, let No.3 and 4 in each group read the passage and No.1 and 2 make sentences with the phrases.

(教学设计说明:在听听力之前,要给学生讲解关于做听力题的技巧。有助于培养学生听力能力的培养。设计听力练习题,注重学生对听力中细节的把握。并对小组任务进行分层,让程度差的学生读短文,程度好的学生利用短语造句。)

Step IV. Listening and matching

Strengthen the listening skills again. Design the questions to practice Ss’ listening skills. Ask the Ss to listen the passage, underline the words they hear and match.

(教学设计说明:再次听力练习,强调听力技巧,并设计不同形式的听力练习题形式,从多方面考察学生在听力中捕捉细节的能力。)

Step V. Reading and answering

Listen to the conversation. Read the conversation in 2d and answer the questions.
