三、教学过程
Lead in : the teacher takes what she did last weekend as an example to discuss how was the students’ weekends, encourages students to do something meaningful and interesting and leads the important phrases.
Presentation : 1.the teacher uses some pictures to teacher students some useful phrases and key points. Students should pay attention to the past tense of the verbs.
2.students match the activities with the picture in 1a and practice them in order to learn them by heart.
Practice: using a guessing game to help students to consolidate the key phrases and encourage students to talk in English.
Listening: listen and underline the words the students hear.(the listening context is something about the activities students did at the weekend.)
Pairwork: the teacher shows some pictures. Students find their partners. StudentA asks questions with who, what, or where and StudentB answers. Then change roles.
Exercise: do some exercises to practice what the students learnt.
Homework: 1.preview and recite the conversation in 2d.
2.make a conversation with your partner about what you did last weekend.
