Step 1: Brainstorming
Watch a short video about the American wildfire and stimulate students’ interests about natural disasters. Ask students to name some types of natural disasters and then present some pictures. Then, ask students “ when we speak of natural disasters, what will cross your mind?”, then write down the possible answer on the blackboard.
Step 2: Reading for structure
Student are required to skim the text to get the general idea of the whole passage and conclude the structure of the passage
Para 1. Volcanic eruptions and earthquakes have always been a threat in certain parts of the world.
