Do a survey. ( Individual work)
Here are 6 aspects of life that everyone wants to possess in our life. They are as follows, family, health, work, health, love and friendship. Ask students to choose 3 of them, and rank them according to their preference.
After students share their opinions, then make a conclusion that health is very important for all of us. However, there are many unhealthy behaviors in our daily life. Then lead to the next topic.
Step 2 Question 问题思考
Ask students this question: What are the health issues that concern adolescents most?
Step 3 Match pictures 图文匹配
Present pictures concerning health issues, and ask students to match them with their names.
Step 4 Discussion 同桌讨论
Ask students to pick out one of the health issues and list 5 things you’d like to tell others about it.
Step 5 Debate 分组辩论 整形利弊
Divide students into different groups and ask them to discuss the good effects and the bad effects of having plastic surgery.（整形利弊） After discussion，invite students to share with us their opinions in form of debate.
