三、教材分析
1.教材内容: 该课时是根据高一英语必修三第一单元Festivals around the world学生用书中的using language—reading and writing 部分的“A sad love story”而设计的一节重点词汇和短语课,本篇课文是一篇关于悲伤的爱情故事为主题的文章,希望通过图片—游戏的新形式的词汇学习方式,让学生轻松快速的掌握本节课的英语词汇。
2.学情分析:本课的授课对象是1604高一的学生,作为重点班的学生,经过一段时间的学习学生有了一定的词汇量,本单元话题为世界各地的节日,学生比较熟悉这些词汇,而且容易激起学生的共鸣和兴趣。
3.学习任务分析:本堂课的教学内容为 “A sad love story”词汇语音教学,词汇和读音是英语学习的基础,是其他一切能力培养的关键。
4.教学目标及重难点分析
Knowledge aims:
Get students familiar with useful new words and expressions in this part such as drown, apologize, wipe, weep, obvious, sadness, turn up, keep one’s breath, remind…of , and so on.
Ability aims:
1.By reading and repeating , make the students pronounce correctly the new words and expressions in unit1 and enjoy the beauty of the words.
2. By playing games , review the words and expressions we have learned in unit1.
Emotional aims:
1. Enable the students to talk about different festivals and customs in English by using these words, and get to know some information about foreign festivals.
2. Develop students’ sense of cooperative learning and team work through group work activity.
Teaching important point:
know the new words, such as
apologize ,sadness, drown, ,forgive, weep, turn up, set off, hold one’s breath, keep one’s word
