必修二中语言运用的第二部分：读，说与写部分，紧跟于第一部分的听力与口语训练之后，阅读部分以芯片的发展为切入，介绍了一种运动机器人，文章采用拟人的手法，以第一人称的形式，机器人介绍了自己作为运动机器人的外貌与性能，以及参加比赛的经历，是信息输入的载体。利用这些信息输入，学生将发挥想象力，根据所提供的信息卡材料，讨论设计出一款机器人，最后合作完成一篇关于所设计机器人的介绍。该课时的中心任务为：Design a robot and write a description of it.

Expressions about introducing something one designs

2. Ability goal 能力目标

Enable the students to appreciate a passage according to its writing feature, structure and logic, and to use the expressions to describe a design. Cultivate the students’ sense of the logic in introducing something, as well as the skills in finding the needed information. Develop an awareness of cooperating with others, through which strategy they will do the task together and finish the design.

让学生从文章的写作特色，篇章结构以及逻辑处理三方面学习该文章，掌握描述一个设计作品的能力。培养学生在介绍作品时的逻辑思维，以及寻找所需信息的技巧；同时培养学生合作学习的意识，通过合作完成任务的方式获取相关的信息，从而完成作品设计。
