　　新课程强调“以人为本，以学生为主体”的教学思想。那么作为一名合格的教师，了解学生是我们最基本的职责。

　　作为高中阶段的学生对周围的事物较为敏感，有自己的观点和看法，他们不满足于教科书上的知识，想获得更多的信息。在英语学习上，他们不只是想把英语作为一门死记硬背的课程来学，更希望能学到知识性和趣味性兼有的内容，从英语学习中获得更多的知识和能力。但是他们的词汇量是有限的，并且缺乏阅读、写作技巧。这节课就从基础着手，通过对单元基础知识及语法的复习，让学生把所学的重点词和句型运用于语句中，使他们对英语学习及写作有更深的兴趣和信心。

三、教学内容

Teaching Aims:

1．Teaching languages:

Some key words, phrases and expressions; some important sentence structures; and grammar: The Present Progressive Passive Voice

2. Ability goals:

Enable students to master the important language points and grammar in this unit.

Enable students to learn about the knowledge of wildlife protection and learn to talk about endanged species.

Enable students to write a passage about the importance of wildlife protection, using the key language points in this unit.

3. Learning ability goals:

Help students master some related words and phrases to describe the present situation of wildlife.

Train students’ ability to grasp the key words and sentence structures;

Train the students’ writing ability.

Emotion Aims:

1. Arouse students’ great interest in wildlife protection.

2. Help students know the importance and necessity of wildlife protection; and learn how to protect wildlife, making them aware of the wildlife’s obviously-worsened living environment ; and thus arousing their awareness of bettering it and protecting wildlife.

3. Develop students’ sense of cooperative learning.
