Step1. Warming up
1.1 Greeting
1.2 Show a video about healthy eating.
1.3 Divide foods into three kinds and fill in the blank of food pyramid, then make a balance diet menu.
Step 2.Reading
2.1 Pre-reading
Ask the Ss look at the title of the text, and do a guessing. T2.2 While-reading
(1)Fast reading
Ss read the text quickly and then find out the main idea of the text and divide the text into three parts and summarize the main idea of each part by filling the blank.
(2) Careful reading: Ss scan the text and finish two tasks.
