Step1. Lead-in
Use some pictures to review words and expressions
Give students two menus and ask them to discuss the following questions ,then let students look at the reading passage and the pictures and predict what the passage is about.
Step2.Fast reading
Ask students to skim the passage and then answer the following questions.
Step3. Intensive reading
Allow students to read the passage carefully to understand the main idea of each paragraph and the important details.

Step5. Homework
Write a composition according to what they have discussed in class.
